A structured 2-week discovery that surfaces what's actually broken - not what's assumed. The diagnostic is a standalone product with standalone value. You can stop here. Most clients don't.

Design from evidence

Scope is fixed by the diagnostic output. Design work is collaborative - built with the team, not handed to them. Fixed fee, clear deliverables, explicit completion criteria. No surprises.

Embed until it holds

The work ends when the team is using it independently - not when the documents are delivered. Every engagement includes an embedding phase. The completion criterion is independence, not delivery.

Fixed-fee projects

Fixed fee · all five service areas

Bounded scope, clear deliverables, explicit completion criteria. The diagnostic fixes the scope - so the fee is fixed with confidence. Each product is a natural exit point. No ongoing commitment required.

Firms with a clearly designable operational problem and a founder ready to commit to changing how the business works.

Strategic advisory

Monthly retainer · 3-month minimum

A regular strategic session with the founder - fortnightly or monthly. Async support between sessions. Not accountable for execution - accountable for thinking quality and honest challenge.

Suits

Founders who are broadly capable but isolated in their thinking. Often follows a completed project engagement.

Fractional COO

Embedded · 1–2 days/week · 3-month minimum

Embedded operational leadership alongside the founder. Accountable for whether it works - not just whether it's designed. The engagement ends when the firm no longer needs it.
