A structured 2-week discovery that surfaces what's actually broken - not what's assumed. The diagnostic is a standalone product with standalone value. You can stop here. Most clients don't.

Design from evidence
Scope is fixed by the diagnostic output. Design work is collaborative - built with the team, not handed to them. Fixed fee, clear deliverables, explicit completion criteria. No surprises.

Embed until it holds
The work ends when the team is using it independently - not when the documents are delivered. Every engagement includes an embedding phase. The completion criterion is independence, not delivery.
